Aline Santos

Aline brings over 10 years of experience in education and a deep passion for learning. Although she has primarily worked with older students, her love for teaching spans all ages, and she is dedicated to nurturing each child’s growth, curiosity, and confidence. Aline believes in supporting not just academic development, but the whole child—helping every student feel seen, capable, and inspired.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences and has completed extensive safety and care training. What Aline loves most about teaching at MCH is the Montessori philosophy. She is inspired by its respect for each child, its emphasis on independence, and its commitment to lifelong learning. Outside the classroom, Aline enjoys reading, exploring new ideas, and embracing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
