Each year we make careful tuition and budget decisions that allow us to continue to provide quality programming dedicated to nurturing each child’s individual passions and strengths, low student-to-teacher ratios, staff development, and beautifully prepared indoor and outdoor environments.

    • All Extended Day Enrollment Agreements are subject to space availability.

    • All Extended Day schedules include Wednesday Afternoon Care and “Childcare Only Days” at no extra cost.

    • Wednesday Afternoon Care does NOT include “Childcare Only Days.”

     

    • Enrollment Deposit: $1,500. This fee is due with the submission of your annual enrollment agreement and will be deducted from your total annual tuition.

     

    • Contract Term:  All Infant and Toddler Enrollment Agreements and Early Childhood Extended Day Enrollment Agreements are 12-month contracts. Early Childhood Half Day and Full Day Enrollment Agreements are 10-month contracts.

     

    • Schedule Changes: 

      • $100 charge for changes to contracted schedule once enrollment agreement is signed.

      • Schedule Change Policy: We know that plans can change! Schedule adjustments are available, depending on staffing and space. Once a schedule is contracted, it cannot be reduced for the rest of the school year, and a $100 fee will apply for any changes. This policy helps us maintain the right staffing and resources to support your child's needs.​ Thank you for your understanding!



    Payment Options:

    • May be paid in full by July 1st with a 2.5% discount if paid by check, cash or ACH.

    • May be paid in full by July 1st by credit card (no discount, no credit card or wire fees: fees apply beginning July 2nd).

    • May be paid in 10 or 12 monthly installments (depending on contract term) beginning September 1 by ACH.

    Tuition Liability
    The withdrawal or dismissal of a student has a significant impact on the school community. It is difficult to anticipate all the repercussions, intangibles, and financial consequences that may arise. For these reasons, as outlined in the Enrollment Agreement, parents agree in advance to the payment, or forfeiture, of a specified sum if the terms of this contract are not fulfilled.
     
    If a student fails to begin or complete the contract term for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to voluntary withdrawal, dismissal, or account delinquency, parents are liable according to the following schedule:


    ​Before June 1, 2025
    Parents forfeit the enrollment deposit in full.

    June 1, 2025 to March 1, 2026
    Parents forfeit the enrollment deposit in full.
    In addition, parents are liable for 15% of the Total Annual Tuition identified in  the Enrollment Agreement.

    After March 1, 2026
    Parents are liable for the entire remaining balance of the Total Annual Tuition identified in  the Enrollment Agreement.
    ​In this case, the school will apply the parents' enrollment deposit to the balance owing at the time of withdrawal.


    ​This policy is in place to ensure that the school can effectively plan for staffing and resources, thus maintaining the quality of education provided to all students.
