Bruna Toledo Caminada
(she/her)
Co-Lead Teacher in Madrona
With over eight years of experience in education, Bruna has worked in a variety of roles, including assistant teacher, special needs educator, youth development teacher, Montessori guide, and private tutor. She is thrilled to be back at MCH, reconnecting with the wonderful families and staff. Originally from Brazil, Bruna earned her Bachelor of Education before completing her Montessori training in Vancouver, Canada. A lifelong learner, she enjoys taking courses to deepen her understanding of education and child development. Bruna’s passion for teaching is rooted in her appreciation for children’s natural curiosity and growth. She finds joy in witnessing their development and loves how MCH integrates nature into learning, fostering a deep connection between children and the world around them. Outside the classroom, Bruna cherishes time with her family. She and her high school sweetheart, now husband of 13 years, recently welcomed their first child, Leo, and adopted their dog, Zelda. She enjoys playing video games, engaging in deep conversations, baking, and exploring the art of embroidery.
