Substitute Lead Teacher in Snowberry

Liz (she/hLiz has over ten years of experience working with young children. She began her career in traditional school settings and, after moving from San Diego to Washington, was introduced to the Montessori approach while working as an assistant teacher. She was drawn to Montessori for its deep respect for the child and the way it supports independence, confidence, and joyful learning. Liz holds an Associate Degree and is nearing the end her AMS Primary certification training. The Primary years are her favorite, and she brings care, intention, and a strong understanding of child development to her classroom each day.

Outside of school, Liz is a proud mother of three girls and is married to her high school sweetheart. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, their two dogs, and their cat, soaking up the natural beauty of Washington. She is grateful to be part of Montessori Children’s House.
