Patricia brings a wealth of experience as an environmental researcher and educator, working with high school and college students. She has also served as a CASA volunteer (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children) in Snohomish County, advocating for the well-being of children in the legal system. Her academic background includes a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo, and a specialization in Environmental Management from ESALQ/Universidade de São Paulo. She also holds a Bachelor of Law from Centro Universitário. Patricia appreciates MCH’s unique learning environment, where students take the lead in their education while teachers play a supportive role. She values the autonomy that Montessori education fosters and enjoys the welcoming atmosphere - especially the presence of MCH’s animals! Outside the classroom, Patricia enjoys swimming, bicycling, nature observation, and horseback riding.
