Robin Spayde

(he/him)

Upper School Student Support Coordinator and Upper School Program Coordinator

Robin brings a wealth of experience supporting students in both academic and extracurricular settings, and he has spent his career guiding students through a thoughtful, individualized, and holistic approach. Before joining MCH, he worked at an independent boarding high school in Vermont as Director of Student Life, Orton-Gillingham Language Specialist, and coach for both basketball and soccer. He later served at an independent school in Lincoln, MA for children with language-based learning differences, where he was a Cognitive Development Specialist, Math Teacher, and Athletics Coach. At MCH, Robin first led an Elementary I classroom before stepping into his current role as Student Support Coordinator and now Elementary Program Coordinator. He is especially passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with students and their families and helping each child grow through their strengths. Robin also deeply values the role of nature and enjoys seeing students thrive in the outdoor spaces that make the MCH community so special. One of Robin's greatest joys is playing street hockey and soccer on the Elementary blacktop.. Outside of school, he loves seeing live music and spending time outdoors, whether in the garden, on the water, in the mountains, or among the trees. His favorite moments are those shared with his wife, their two children (one current MCH student and one alum), and their dog, Maple.
