Swetha Byalya Rajanna

Swetha comes from a professional background in the IT industry and is now following her passion for working with young children through her transition into Montessori education. A former MCH parent herself, she brings a thoughtful, calm presence to the classroom along with a deep appreciation for the Montessori philosophy and child development.

One of Swetha’s favorite parts of being at MCH is helping children connect with the natural world through experiences like exploring the nature trail and interacting with animals. She loves watching children discover new things with curiosity and wonder while building confidence, independence, and care for the world around them. Outside of the classroom, Swetha enjoys spending time with her family, exploring outdoors, and learning new skills.
