Swetha Byalya Rajanna

Swetha comes from a professional background in the IT industry and is now following her passion for working with young children through her transition into Montessori education. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering and is continuing to grow her knowledge and experience in Montessori philosophy and child development. Swetha brings a calm, thoughtful presence to the classroom and deeply values creating meaningful connections with children as they learn and grow.

One of Swetha’s favorite parts of being at MCH is helping children connect with the natural world through experiences like exploring the nature trail and interacting with animals. She loves watching children discover new things with curiosity and wonder while building confidence, independence, and a sense of care for the world around them. Outside of the classroom, Swetha enjoys spending time with her family, exploring outdoors, and learning new skills.
