MCH Admissions Process by Program

Infant (Ages 6 weeks- approximately 15 months)
1. Schedule a campus tour —either before or after submitting an online application.
  • If you have already attended a tour or open house event, please email your child’s name to admissions.

2. Submit an online application through Transparent Classroom, which includes basic applicant information. After completing the application you will receive a invoice from our office requiring a $150 application fee. Your application will be processed once payment is received.

3. When we have received the completed application, we will schedule a meeting with the Infant/Toddler Program Director.
  • (If you have multiple children in different programs, we will streamline this process by scheduling a single time where all program directors can join one meeting)

4. The final step is scheduling a family interview with our Head of School, Jennifer McConnell. We request that your entire family attend this meeting.

After the family interview visit is completed, we will notify you of an admissions decision!

*For now, all of our meetings are being held virtually. We are considering returning to on-campus tours with appropriate risk mitigation in place.
