Schedule and salary
​This role has a schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, working 9:30am to 6:00pm. This role is a full-time, 12-month position which includes summers. ​The pay range is $19.50 to $23.00 per hour depending on education and experience.

Maintenance Team Member

Schedule and salary
​This role has a schedule of 40 hours per week, Thursday through Monday, working 7:30am to 4:00pm. This role is a full-time, 12-month position which includes summers. ​The pay range is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience.
Job descRIPTION
We would love to learn more about you if…
  • You are eager to contribute to the upkeep and beauty of our farm school's 5-acre campus which includes three main buildings, an event area, gardens, farm animals and protected wetlands.
  • You are available to work 8-hour shifts, Thursday through Monday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.
  • You have a passion for animal care and enjoy working hands-on with farm animals and classroom pets, ensuring their well-being and health.
  • You are comfortable operating basic maintenance equipment, and you hold a valid driver's license.
  • You can perform manual labor outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions.
  • You are able to complete repetitive motor movements such as walking, climbing, stooping, and lifting, pushing, and pulling of materials.
  • You can navigate uneven outdoor terrain for limited periods in various mild to moderate weather conditions.
  • You are capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
