Montessori Children's House (MCH) is an AMS accredited Montessori school for children six weeks through eighth grade. Committed to an excellent holistic Montessori education that includes the partnership and involvement of families within our community, MCH is inspired by a growth mindset and is dedicated to serving the individual educational needs for children of all backgrounds.

schedule and salary
These roles have schedules of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The salary for a 10-month employment agreement ranges from $50,000 to $82,000, depending on education and experience.

  • The Infant / Toddler Lead Teacher role has a 12-month employment agreement. The salary ranges from $50,000 to $80,000, depending on education and experience. 
  • The Early Childhood Lead Teacher role has a 10-month employment agreement. The salary ranges from $44,000 to $78,000, depending on education and experience.
  • Both of these roles have schedules of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Benefits for full-time employees include:
  • Three Medical Plan options with Life and AD&D insurance, including a high deductible option with employer contributions towards your HSA.
  • Dental and Vision insurance, including 100% employer paid dental premiums for employee coverage.
  • 401K plan with 4% employer match, employees are eligible to participate after 1 year of employment.
  • Generous Paid Time Off policy, including paid scheduled school closure days, holidays, and inclement weather days.
  • Flexible work from home days for Lead Teachers.
  • Tuition discount of 50% for the first dependent and 25% for each additional dependent enrolled at MCH. 
  • Paid membership in the American Montessori Society for all lead teachers and leadership roles. 
  • A long-standing tradition of supporting professional development including onsite training events, annual support for the annual AMS conference and even potential opportunities for financial support in the Montessori credentialing process from our Parent Association. ​

Benefits for part-time employees include:
  • Tuition discount of 25% for employees' dependents enrolled at MCH. 
  • 401K plan with 4% employer match, employees are eligible to participate after 1 year of employment.
  • Generous Paid Time Off policy, including paid scheduled school closure days, holidays, inclement weather days.
  • A long-standing tradition of supporting professional development including onsite training events, annual support for AMS conference and even potential opportunities for financial support in the Montessori credentialing process from our Parent Association.
