Week 1: Be an MCH Trail Blazer
7/13 -7/17 During this first week of Middle School Summer camp we will become Trail Advocates! Days will be spent exploring and hiking the local trails of King County, journaling about nature discoveries, species, animals and plants – and playing trust-building games while creating and strengthening friendships. Week 2: “Survivor” MCH-style 8/10-8/14 Inspired by the popular TV show, “Survivor” week at MCH will teach campers how to set up a shelter in the woods, build a fire without tools and become a master of rope tying. A mix of survival skills and life skills, campers will work together to create shelters, repair and build almost anything, and leave a legacy wood working piece on the MCH campus. |
