Happy New year to all our MCH friends and families!! We hope your holiday season was full of warmth, love and laughter!!

The month of December was a busy and joyful time in the Infant Classroom. It was the birthday celebration month for Eloise who turned “1”. We celebrated with a song, a hug and a squeeze! Happy Birthday Eloise!!

We  also spent time listening and dancing to holiday music, looking at books about snow and snowmen, and working with an array of materials that were red and green in color. The favorite song of the month was “Jingle Bells” which we really enjoyed performing with the toddlers. We also made a holiday gift for “Daddy and Mommy” with the help of Ms. Katherine.  Much thanks to Katherine for all her help!

This month we welcomed Wyatt and his parents in to our classroom. It is such a pleasure having them as part of our MCH community and we look forward to getting to know them better. Materials have been added to the classroom to meet Wyatt’s developmental needs and interests. We have been gradually introducing him to our toddler friends who are very intrigued by his size and the sounds he makes. Wyatt seems to enjoy greeting his new friends and we see it in his “smiles”.  

I am looking so forward to watching the children grow and reach significant developmental milestones throughout the New Year!
