The month of May seemed to fly by and we are almost into the summer season! The toddlers enjoyed several trips to the nature trail to explore and visit the goats. We had our semiannual toddler park day at Farrel-McWhirter Farm. This community event is always a favorite! The toddlers enjoyed running through the fields, exploring in the barn and watching the animals. It’s hard to believe June is already here! This month is sure to be an exciting one for the toddler community with the opening of the new playground. Although, we have enjoyed watching the construction of the new play area we are so excited for its completion. We will have a special ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of this amazing new play area. Inside the classroom we have started working on a special gift to bring home to celebrate Father’s Day. The toddlers have been busy measuring, mixing and pouring! Starting July 2nd through the end of August, the toddlers will be able to participate in the MCH summer camps in their own unique way through themes each week to engage them in both art, cooking, and outdoor activities. Summer time at MCH is always a busy and exciting time!
