The toddlers enjoyed making their friendship fruit salad last month!  They enjoyed chopping, peeling and mixing the fruit.  It was wonderful to see the older toddlers so proud of their finished product.  We also spent time talking about being gentle with our friends, animals, and the environment.  February also brought several days of snow!  The toddlers enjoyed using the sand toys to scoop, rake and build with the snow on the playground.

In March, we will focus on Spring and the changes in our environment.  Hopefully, we will begin to see some signs of spring soon!  The toddlers love taking walks to see the new flowers, insects and birds around our amazing campus.  We will also bring some "Spring" into our classroom by bringing in the flower arranging work again.  This is always a favorite activity in the toddler class.  We will also bring in new spring themed items for our sensory tub, spring stickers, and a flower matching work.
