Hope everyone had a wonderful break with their family and friends!  Looking back to November, we spent time focusing on grace and courtesy.  We talked about feelings, respecting others, their space and respecting our classroom.  

December was a busy month and exciting month in Rosa.  We continued to focus on grace and courtesy, respecting others, ourselves and the environment.  We spent time talking about what goes in the garbage, recycle and compost.  Several of the older children enjoyed having “coffee” or  “tea” while practicing pouring and serving with their friends. 

The beginning of 2014 has brought some new friends to Rosa.  It is always an exciting time when we get to meet new friends!  This month we will be focusing on our practical life skills while caring for our environment.  We have spent time scrubbing chairs, washing windows and mopping with our mop and bucket.
